Shandong Rongtai Inductive Technology Co., Ltd was established in 1997, through 20 years of development, Rongtai now covers an area of 36 mu, with a production workshop of 11, 842 square meters and an office building of 4, 579 squre meters. Core products are advanced induction melting systems and bar heating systems. We have long-term cooperation relationship with the FAW group, which is a global leader in the vehicle manufacturing industry with a 60-year history of innovation. During the first cooperation with FAW company, Rongtai has professionally gone through the whole process of designing the project, manufacturing and installation. Upon successful cooperation, Rongtai has built more cooperations with Dongfeng Motor cooperation, BOTOU SAFETY TOOLS and other first-end brands customers. We really pay attention to technology side, Rongtai built the core technology R&D team with top-level talents in the industry, with 20 technicians and 7 staffs working on technology design. Being tested by the State Electric Furnace Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, when the billet diameter is 75mm, temperature rise from 20º C to 1220º C, our product's tested power factor is 0.99, and the average power consumption is 316.9kw· H/t, which reached the advanced international level. Beside the Chinese market, our products have been sold to many other countries, for example: Netherlands, Korea, UZ, Indonesia and so on.
